The first very basic thing to consider in order to answer the question how to lose fat belly is whether we want to change our lifestyle and become healthy and change the eating habits. I am sure you have heard this statement "where there is no pain then there is no gain" - well this is true about changing the shape of your body.

Right, I am sure you have heard that that doing crunches, sit-ups and other exercises will do the trick as you would be using the abdominal muscles. I can say that although these exercises will definitely help and it is something which is important, you will not lose your fat belly which is what this article is about.

What we are after is a a long lasting solution so we need to study our body and what is required to lose the weight. Whether you after losing those love handles, or weight from anywhere else you will need to do regular exercise. If you over indulge in food, the area of your body where you will notice is your belly. Similarly, if you do regular exercise then the first place you will see the difference is you belly as well. Conducting exercises on a regular basis will help you lose weight.

Exercises are very important but what you will also need to look at is what food you eat. If you continue doing exercise but do not adopt healthy eating habits then you will not see any difference. It is common sense but exercise and diet is important to answer the question of how to lose belly fat. In terms of diets you need to observe the number of calories you consume as well as reducing the amount of food you eat.

Get your diet sorted then you are half way there. You will also need to build into your lifestyle exercises which is very important as well.

Unfortunately, there isn't a magic solution to losing weight. You will need to do a lot of exercises and also eat healthy. It may be worth you doing a plan of action and keep a diary so you learn how to lose belly fat.
