[Self-Improvement:Happiness] When your thought moves, it would either be merits or faults, heaven or hell, therefore, you should be careful of your thought. To surpass yourself, merit can be obtained by calming and purifying your heart and not by the number of good things you have done. The true merit is on the perfection of your true nature.

[Self-Improvement:Positive-Attitude] What is the meaning of remaining calm all the time? It is not telling us to sit there for the whole day without moving. For instance, some people may be walking, but their thoughts are good and clear. They have indeed achieved the state of calmness that can cleanse their hearts. Her great compassion as a human upon her return to Heaven was conferred by God the Heavenly title Goddess of Mercy or in Chinese “Kuan Yin.”
