2) Eat healthily and try to stick with foods which are high in fiber such as vegetables and whole grains foods. A few simple changes in your grocery shopping can make a large difference to your readings. For example, stay away from white bread and purchase wholegrain instead.

3) Don't smoke! If you smoke then stop. After a few days without a cigarette you'll be wondering why you ever smoked in the first place. If necessary visit your local pharmacy or drug store and purchase some nicotine supplements to assist you. It is far from impossible.
